As our Senior Semiconductor Electronics Engineer, you will:

• Lead the implementation and delivery of commercially sensitive R&D project.

• Design and develop commercially relevant electronics from semiconductor to circuit level.

• Design, modify and implement device testing protocols.

• Provide consultancy across a wide range of technical domains, including defence, space, energy and telecoms.

• Liaise with external staff to ensure sub-contracted process are specified and delivered correctly.

• Provide input into the design and implementation of future development programmes.

• Provide supervisory support to more junior team members where necessary.

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• Right to work in the UK and be able to pass a UK security clearance.

• Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering with knowledge of semiconductor device operation, or

• Solid State or Quantum Physics with practical laboratory experience, or

• Be able to demonstrate that you have the required skills and experience to perform in the role.
